pulling the release
knob
in
the
direction of the arrow,
slide
the
battery
pack
in
the
direction of the
arrow.

reference:
•
If
the
battery
pack
is
not
going
to
be used
for
a
long
time,
it
must be
detached from
the
player.
(If
it
is left
attached,
a
low
level
of
current
will
still
flow
even
though
the player
is
turned
off.)
If
it
is left
in
this state,
it
may
excessively discharge, rendering
it
unusable
even
after
it
has been
recharged.
(Recharge
the
battery
pack
before
use because
the
battery
pack
is
discharging
even
when
it
is
detached from
the
player.)
•The
AC
adaptor
is
equipped
with
an
overcharge-
prevent!
on
circuit.
However,
to
protect
the
battery
pack,
be
sure
to
detach
it
from
the player
upon
completion
of
the charging.
