    Installing the Printer Driver and Software Quick Install Auto Run will start the installer automatically when you load the CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive. By selecting Quick Install, you can easily install the PCL 5c printer driver and the RPCS™ printer driver. The SmartNetMonitor for Client can also be installed provided the machine and the computer are connected via the network.

Limitation ❒ In Windows 2000/XP, changing the printer settings requires Manage Printers permission. Members of the Administrators and Power Users groups have Manage Printers permission by default.

If the Service Pack is not installed, the connectable number of devices in a IEEE 1394 bus is only one, and the client cannot access the IEEE 1394 Interface Unit without using an account that has Administrators permission.
