Possible Causes
Normal when refrigerator

What To Do
• Wait 24 hours for the refrigerator to completely
cool down.
• This is normal.
• Check to see if package is holding door open.
• This is normal.

• Press and release the Ice Off/Lock pad on the control
panel to turn on the Ice Off feature, and then the
icon will be displayed. Keeping the Ice Off feature
on will damage the water valve.
• Replace filter cartridge with new cartridge or with plug.
• Press and release the Ice Off/Lock pad on the control
panel to turn off the Ice Off feature, and then the
icon will disappear.
• See Installing the water line.
• Wait 24 hours for the refrigerator to completely
cool down.
• Level cubes by hand.
• Turn off the icemaker, remove cubes and turn
the icemaker back on.
Controls on Refrigerator Door:
• Press and hold the ADJUST FREEZER and ENERGY SAVER
pads at the same time for 3 seconds. You will hear a beep
and the OF/OF will disappear. You can now adjust the
temperature. Please allow 24 hours for the unit to cool
to your set temperature.
Controls Inside the Fresh Food Compartment:
• Press and hold the ICE OFF and FREEZER pads at the same
time for 3 seconds. You will hear a beep and the OFF/OFF
will disappear. You can now adjust the temperature. Please
allow 24 hours for the unit to cool to your set temperature.
