The following camera accessories are sold separately. Some accessories are
not sold in some regions, or may no longer be available.
Power Supplies
Using accessories abroad
The battery charger and the AC adapter kit can be used in regions that have 100
– 240 V (50/60 Hz) AC power.
If the plug does not fit the outlet, use a commercially available plug adapter. Do
not use electrical transformers for foreign travel as they will cause damage.
Flash
Battery Pack NB-5L
Rechargeable lithium-ion battery.
Battery Charger CB-2LX/CB-2LXE
A charger for charging Battery Pack NB-
5L.
AC Adapter Kit ACK-DC30
This kit lets you power the camera using
household power. Recommended for
powering the camera for an extended
period of time or when connecting to a
computer or printer. Cannot be used to
charge the camera battery.
High-Power Flash HF-DC2
This externally mounted flash can be used
to capture photographic subjects that are
too distant for the built-in flash to
illuminate. High-Power Flash HF-DC1 can
also be used.
