ASSEMBLING
(2) Push Ring spring 28 with Piston cylinder until it fits to the inner groove of Tool holder complete. (Fig. 40)

Note: When assembling Ring spring 28 to Tool holder complete;
* Be careful not to position the Ring spring end in either of the side holes on Tool holder complete. (Fig. 30)
* Use an extra Piston cylinder as a jig. Never use the Piston cylinder built-in the machine.

[3] -7. Swash Bearing Section
DISASSEMBLING
(1) Disassemble Chuck section. Figs. 3 to Fig. 7.
(2) Disassemble Change lever as drawn in Figs. 9 and 10.
(3) Separate Gear housing complete from Motor housing. And then, remove Armature from Gear housing complete.
(Figs. 17 to 20)
(4) Remove Inner housing complete from Tool holder section. (Figs. 21 and 22)
(5) Remove Stop ring E-4 and Compression spring 5 from the pin of Inner housing. (Fig. 41)
(6) Remove two M4x12 Hex socket head bolts that fasten Bearing retainer to Inner housing. (Fig. 42)

(7) Move Piston cylinder to the rear dead center position. (Fig. 43)
(8) Remove Swash bearing section from Inner housing by pulling in the direction of the arrow. (Fig. 44)
