BATTERY INSTALLATION

1. Unscrew and pull out the Battery Compartment Door on the bottom
of the unit.
2. Follow the polarity diagram shown on the Battery Compartment
Door, insert 3 pieces of CR2025 onto the Battery Compartment
Door.
3. Replace and screw the Battery Compartment Door.
IMPORTANT: Be sure that the batteries are installed correctly.
Wrong polarity may damage the unit.

BATTERY CARE

4. If the unit is not to be used for an extended period of time, remove
the batteries. Old or leaking batteries can cause damage to the
unit and will void the warranty.
5. Do not dispose of batteries in fi re, batteries may leak or explode.
Remarks:
In case of malfunction due to electrostatic discharge (ESD), press the
RESET Button (#17) with the tip of a ballpoint pen or similar objects to
reset and to resume normal operation.
Press the RESET Button (#17) on the bottom of the
unit after the unit is plugged in. The Display (#11)
will show full segments for 2 seconds then return
to current time "0:00".
Note: Press the RESET Button (#17) with the tip
of a ballpoint pen or similar objects.
Do not use an object with a breakable or sharp tip.
