TIP: You can exit teaching swimming styles any time by keeping
[Next] pressed.
To reset taught swimming styles back to defaults:
1. In the Pool swimming mode, keep [Next] pressed to enter the
options menu.
2. Press [Next] to select SWIMMING.
3. Scroll to Reset taught styles with [Start Stop] and select with
[Next].
