6.2 Resistance Rubber Tongue Adjustment

After using some times, if the counting number is wrong and not smooth dropping, because the
resistance rubber tongue is wore and tore a little. It needs to be modified or changed.
When the resistance rubber tongue is wore and tore a little, adjust and raise the hopper plate
by turning the screw counterclockwise. It is about 0.5mm from the banknote feeding rubber
wheel to the resistance rubber tongue mine and keep the friction.
REMARK: if the counting number is wrong, it is better to turn the adjustable screw just one or two
rolls during using.
When it is wore and tore too much ,press down the hopper plate by your thumb and take it out.
Change the other side to use or a new one.
The fixed position of resistance rubber tongue must be returned to the limited point during
installation. The left and right sides must be kept balanced.
After finishing the above operation, turn on the unit and take one piece of banknote to feed in
the hopper, you can feel little pull-force from the banknote feeding rubber wheel, which is
balanced in the left and right side.
