    SAFETY INFORMATION Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate or install the product. WARNING This pump is not submersible! Do not stand in water while this pump is plugged in, and do not get the motor wet as it could cause electrocution, which could lead to serious injury or death. Always make sure the pump is unplugged as soon as the water level reaches 1/8 in.

    Estimated Assembly Time: 5 minutes Materials Required for Assembly (not included): Garden Hose (50 ft. max. length) Never operate this pump unless it is secured to a solid foundation. Do not suspend the pump by the discharge hose or power cord. Keep the pump suction strainer clear.
  • Page 6 4. Thread a 5/8 in. or larger garden hose (sold separately, 50 ft. max. length) onto the discharge outlet of the pump (A). NOTICE: Make sure the end of the outlet hose is not under water. If the outlet is under water, the pump may not work.

    TROUBLESHOOTING If the pump is not running properly, remove the 6 impeller cover screws (#1), remove the impeller cover (#2), and inspect the O-ring (#3) and impeller (#4). If there are any damages to these parts, please contact 1-800-346-7611. Note: Do not disassemble the motor housing of the pump. This pump has NO repairable internal parts, and disassembling may cause a dangerous electrical wiring conditions.

    PREPARACIÓN ADVERTENCIA: Siempre use la manija para levantar la bomba. Nunca use el cable de alimentación para levantar la bomba. Para evitar quemaduras en la piel, desenchufe la bomba y espere que se enfríe luego de su uso prolongado. Antes de comenzar a ensamblar el producto, asegúrese de tener todas las piezas. Compare las piezas con la lista del contenido del paquete.
  • Page 14 3. Enrosque el otro extremo de la manguera de succión (C) a la entrada de succión de la bomba (A). AVISO: Asegúrese siempre de que la arandela del grifo de manguera no esté dañada. Es necesario un sello hermético para que esta bomba funcione. Asegúrese de que la manguera de succión (C) y el colador de succión (B) se encuentren en el agua antes de conectar la bomba (A).

    6. Para hacerla funcionar, conecte la bomba (A) a un tomacorriente GFCI AVISO: Esta bomba puede ser muy ruidosa cuando se la enchufa, ESTO ES NORMAL.
