Connecting The DSL-514 ADSL
Router To Your Network
A.
First, connect the power adapter to the receptor at the back panel of
the DSL-514 and then plug the other end of the power adapter to a
wall outlet or power strip. The Power LED will turn ON to indicate
proper operation.
B.
Insert one end of an Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the back panel
of the DSL-514. The LAN LED light will illuminate to indicate proper
connection.
C.
Use the twisted-pair ADSL cable (standard telephone cable) included
with the Router to connect it to the telephone wall socket. Plug one
end of the cable into the ADSL port on the rear panel of the Router
and insert the other end into the wall socket.
D.
Use standard telephone cable with standard RJ-11 connectors
included with the Router to connect it to telephone or other telephone
device.

Phone Cable
to Telephone.

These are the connections for
Ethernet cables to your Ethernet-
enabled computers.
