    Set Up Your Phone Prior to using the phone, it is necessary to install and charge the battery. An optional microSD memory card (not included) can also be installed at this time. Remove the Back Cover 1. Remove the back cover by placing your fingernail or a pointed object into the slot in the side of the cover (1).
