    Get Started The following topics give you all the information you need to set up your phone and Virgin Mobile service for the first time. You will need your phone’s serial number (MEID), printed on a sticker inside the battery compartment.     Swipe or Slide To swipe or slide means to quickly drag your finger vertically or horizontally across the screen.
