Problem
You cannot
edit or rotate
an image.
The
"PROTECTED"
message
appears and
the data cannot
be erased.
The audio
guide does not
sound.
When a 1GB
card is used,
the recording
capacity is less
than that
indicated in the
section
"Possible No.
of Images/
Possible
Shooting Time/
Possible
Recording
Time".
Cause
The protect
mode is set.
You have
attempted to
erase data that
is protected
from
accidental
erasure.
The audio
guide setting is
set to "OFF".
The recording
capacity of the
card is less
than 1GB.
Action
Cancel the
protect mode.
Set the protect
setting for the
data to OFF.
Set the audio
guide setting to
"ON".
Depending on
the card, the
capacity may
be less than
1GB. Please
refer to the
instructions
that
accompanied
the card.
