DisplayPort / HDMI Port

A DisplayPort or HDMI connector (depending upon your system
configuration), is located on the left side of the system. This port
allows you to connect DisplayPort or HDMI devices to your
notebook. In order to connect a DisplayPort device on systems
with a DisplayPort connector, align the connector with the port
opening and push the connector into the port until it is seated.
To connect an HDMI device on systems with an HDMI connector,
align the connector with the port opening and push the
connector into the port until it is seated.

Universal Serial Bus Ports

The Universal Serial Bus ports (USB) allow you to connect USB devices
such as external game pads, pointing devices, keyboards and/or speakers.
There are two USB 3.0 ports on the left side of your notebook and one USB
2.0 port on the right side. The USB 3.0 port closest to the front of the
system is also an Anytime USB Charge port. (See below for more
information.)
In order to connect a USB device follow these steps:
Align the connector with the port opening.

Push the connector into the port until it is seated.
