How to Set Immediate Start and Automatic Stop
Immediate Start is simply setting
oven to start baking now and turn
off at a later time automatically.
Remember, foods continue
cooking after controls are off.

1. To set the Stop Time, push in the
knob on the STOP TIME dial
and turn the pointer to the time
you want the oven to turn off;
for example, 6:00. The DELAY
START dial should beat the
same position as the time of day
on the clock.

2. Turn the OVEN SET knob
to TIME BA~. Turn the
OVEN TEMP knob to the
oven temperature; for example,
immediately and will stop
at the time you have set.
To avoid possible burns, place the shelves in the
correct position before you turn the oven on.
1. Turn the OVEN SET knob to BA~ and the
OVEN TEMP knob to the desired temperature.
2. Check foods for doneness at minimum time on
recipe. Cook longer if necessary.
Switch off the heat and remove foods.
The automatic oven timer controls are designed to
turn the oven on or off automatically at specific times
that you set. Examples of Immediate Start (the oven
turns on now and you set it to turn off automatically)
or Delay Start and Automatic Stop (setting the oven to
turn on automatically at a later time and turn off at a
preset stop time) are shown in the How to Set
Immediate Start and Automatic Stop and the How to
Set Delay Start and Automatic Stop sections.
NOTE: Before beginning, make sure your oven clock
shows the correct time of day.
NOTE: Foods that spoil easily

such as milk, eggs, fish, stuffings,
poultry and pork should not be
allowed to sit out for more than
one hour before or after cooking.
Room temperature promotes the
growth of harmful bacteria. Be
sure that the oven light is off
because the heat from the bulb will
speed harmful bacteria growth.
