Troubleshooting
If the TV seems to have a problem, first try this list of possible problems and solutions.
If none of these troubleshooting tips apply, call Samsung customer service at 1-800-SAMSUNG.
No picture or sound.
Although the TV caption shows
HD, the visual quality is not
satisfactory.

The PDP uses a panel consisting of 2,360,000 (HD-Ievel) to 6,221,000 (FHD-Ievel) pixels which require sophisticated technology to
produce. However, there may be a few bright or dark pixels on the screen. These pixels will have no impact on the performance of
the product.
