On a full tank of water, humidifier can operate as follows:
• 50 continuous hours on low mist output
• 20 continuous hours on medium mist output
• 12 continuous hours on high mist output
• 10 continuous hours on warm mist (high) output
Once tank reaches empty, humidifier will shut off automatically and display will show "--".
Follow above instructions for filling tank with water. Clean water slot and atomizer often to avoid damaging scale buildup.
Selecting Operating Mode:
• To power on, press Power Button (1). Beep will sound, display will show current humidity status, and unit will begin
outputting mist.
• To toggle between Sleep Mode, Personal Setup Mode, and Auto Mode, press Mode Button.
• To set desired humidity level, press Humidity Button (2). A relative humidity between 40% and 60% is recommended.
Note! Unit can be set in range of 40% to 75%. If humidity exceeds desired setting, unit will shut off automatically, unless
set in "continuous" mode ("Co").
• To switch warm mist on or off, press Heating Button (3).
• To set operating time – between 1-12 hours of continuous operation – press Timer Button (4).
• To toggle between low, medium and high mist emission, press Misting Button (5). Low mist emission is recommended
for night use.
About Auto Mode:
Temperature and humidity sensors are integrated into unit. These adjust to the most appropriate humidity setting and
control operation based on ambient temperatures. Mist output is adjusted automatically based on ideal versus measured
humidity levels.
About Sleep Mode:
Display shows "ZZZ" to indicate sleep mode. The most appropriate humidity level for sleep mode is 50%. Warm mist
(indicated by "heat" sign) continues for 6 hours then shuts automatically.
Using Personal Setup Mode:
1. Power on unit by pressing Power Button (1). Press Mode Button.
2. Set mist output to low, medium or high by pressing Misting Button (5).
3. Switch warm mist on or off by pressing Heating Button (3).
4. Set desired humidity level by pressing Humidity Button (2).
5. Set timer by pressing Timer Button (4) and adjusting in hourly increments.
About Dual Humidifying Function:
Thanks to your humidifier's integrated heater, water in the tank can be heated and passed through the transducer to produce
a warm mist while the humidifier is operational. This combined dual function increases the humidifying efficiency.
Note! The ambient temperature will not be decreased due to the warm mist. Allow 10-20 minutes for warm mist to
be produced.
Replacing Ion Exchange Filter:
A disposable ion exchange filter is installed in your humidifier. It is designed to reduce the production of "white power", which
is calcium and magnesium found in tap water. This powder is NOT harmful to humans.
The filter's life is approximately 400 liters, or 180 days on Auto Mode at 6 hours per day. Continued use after its lifetime will
lower its ability to remove calcium and magnesium from water.
To replace the filter, follow these steps:
1. Remove filter cover by turning counterclockwise.
2. Remove filter by turning counterclockwise.
3. Install new filter by turning clockwise.
4. Replace filter cover by turning clockwise.
Note! Initially, the Ion exchange filter may stain the water in the trough to the color of tea. This has no effect on safety or
performance. However, you can pour out the water if you wish and continue operation.
