Turn Your Phone On and Off
The instructions below explain how to turn your phone on and off.
To turn your phone on, press and hold the Power key.

After your phone is turned on, it may display "Searching for Service." When your phone finds a
signal, it enters standby mode—the phone's idle state. You are ready to begin making and receiving
calls.
To turn your phone off, press and hold the Power key to open the phone options menu and

touch Power off.
Note: The Power Save feature conserves your battery power when you are in an area where no
signal is available.
