Troubleshoot

If any of the following effects occur, refer to the instruction manual and take the appropriate action
Effect
Tines are worn out,
Clumping tillage
Tines are attached in the wrong direction
Too much work load
Tiller jumps forward and
away
Ground is too compacted, hard
Does not till evenly
Tines are attached in the wrong direction
Belt tension is too low.
Entangled grass or other foreign objects in the
tine cover
Belt slips
Ground is wet
Belt worn
Too much work load
Tine cover is clogged with mud etc.
Wheel slips
Ground is wet
The diff lock lever is [ OFF ] position
Diff. is not locked
Cable is stretched
Engine bog
Engine rotation speed is low
Can't move the depth
Mud and grasses are clogged up.

this machine
Cause
Treatment
Replace whole set of tines.
Reattach tines in the right direction
Till at a shallow depth setting.
Divide area into smaller sections
Attach tines in the right directions
Adjust belt tension
Clean them up
Wait until ground dries
Change belt
Till with shallow depth.
Clean them up
Wait until ground dries
Switch the diff lock lever [ ON ] position
Adjust cable
Raise throttle
Take them out
