You can choose to remove all existing contacts and calendar entries from your device prior to activation. Resetting contacts and calendar entries on the device prevents duplicate corporate contacts and calendar entries from being stored on the device upon synchronization .

    9. The right and left arrow keys switch between the Status and Account tabs. Optionally, you can set the number of emails stored on the device by selecting the Account tab. When you set an inbox limit, and the number of emails goes beyond the limit, the oldest emails will be automatically removed from the device to accommodate the new emails.

    MyMail version information and a list of patents is available on the About screen. To view the About screen: 1. Select MyMail from the main menu. On the Status screen, select Options. 2. Select About. The version information displays. 3. Select Patents to view patent information.
