Lift the top of the keyboard upward (1), and then lift the keyboard up at an angle (2) to disengage the
tabs at the bottom of the keyboard.
NOTE:
prematurely pull the cables out of the system board connector.

Rotate the keyboard until it rests on the palm rest (1).
6.
If applicable, disconnect the backlight cable by lifting the connector latch (2), and then disconnect the
cable from the system board (3).
