BATTERY WARNINGS

Battery charging must be carried out and supervised
by adults only.
Do not allow children to play with the battery.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
• Charge the battery according to the instructions
enclosed with the battery charger and never for
more than 24 hours.
• To avoid damage, the battery should be charged as
soon as the vehicle starts to lose speed.
• If the vehicle is left unused for a long time,
remember to charge the battery and to keep it
disconnected from the electrical system. Repeat
the recharge procedure at least once every three
months.
• The battery must not be charged upside-down.
• Do not forget about the battery which is being
charged! Check it from time to time.
• Only use the battery charger provided and the
original
battery.

• The battery is sealed and does not require
maintenance.
WARNING
• THE BATTERY CONTAINS CORROSIVE TOXIC
SUBSTANCES.
DO NOT TAMPER WITH IT.
• The battery contains acid-based electrolytes.
• Do not create direct contact between the battery
terminals, avoid strong impacts: risk of explosion
and/or fire.
• While charging, the battery produces gas. Charge
the battery in a well-ventilated environment, away
from sources of heat and flammable materials.
• The flat battery must be removed from the vehicle.
• It is not advisable to bring the battery into contact
with clothes, as it could damage them.
• Only use batteries or accumulators of the
recommended kind.
IF THERE IS A BATTERY LEAK
Protect your eyes. Avoid direct contact with the
electrolyte. Protect your hands.
Put the battery in a plastic bag and follow the
instructions for battery disposal.
IF SKIN OR EYES COME INTO CONTACT WITH
THE ELECTROLYTE
Thoroughly rinse the area concerned with running
water.
Consult a doctor immediately.
IF THE ELECTROLYTE IS SWALLOWED
Rinse the mouth and spit out the water.

MAINTENANCE AND VEHICLE CARE
• The toy should not be left anywhere with a
temperature below 0°C. If it were to be used
without being warmed up to a temperature above
0°C, irreversible damage could be caused to the
motors and batteries.
• Check the condition of the vehicle regularly, paying
particular attention to the electrical system, the
plug connections, the terminal protectors and the
battery charger. If defects are identified, the
electrical vehicle and the battery charger must not
be used. For repairs use only original
spare parts.

RULES FOR SAFE DRIVING

For the safety of the child, before starting up the
vehicle read and carefully follow the following
instructions.
• Teach the child how to use the vehicle properly for
safe and enjoyable driving.
• The toy must be used with caution, as it requires
substantial dexterity in order to avoid falls or
collisions which could cause injuries to the user or
third parties.
• Before starting, check that there are no people or
objects obstructing the vehicle's path.
• Drive with hands on the handlebars/steering wheel
and always watch the road ahead.
• Brake in good time to avoid collisions.
ATTENTION! The item is equipped with a brake
system which needs to be appropriately illustrated to
the child by an adult.
2nd GEAR (if present)
Initially, use in 1st gear is recommended. Before
enabling 2nd gear, check that the child has learned to
use the handlebars/steering wheel, 1st gear and the
brake correctly, and has become familiar with the
vehicle.
WARNING!
• Check that all the wheel fixing studs/nuts are
fastened properly.
• If the vehicle is overloaded, as can happen on soft
sand, mud, or very uneven ground, the overload
switch will immediately disconnect the power. The
power supply will be restored after a few seconds.
• If the vehicle is overloaded on steep slopes, the
overload cut-out will immediately disconnect the
power. If this happens,

activated, slowing down the descent of the vehicle.
• Only for 12 and 24 Volt vehicles: in first gear the
vehicle has a differential effect like a real motor
vehicle; on smooth terrain and with just one child
on board, the two wheels can turn at different
speeds and they can slip and slow down.
UNINTERRUPTED FUN: Keep a spare set of charged
batteries ready for use.
THE VEHICLE DOES NOT WORK?
• Check that there are no disconnected cables under
the accelerator plate.
• Check the operation of the accelerator button and
replace it if necessary.
• Check that the battery is connected to the
electrical system.
THE VEHICLE LACKS POWER?
• Charge the batteries. If after charging the problem
persists, have the battery and charger checked by
an assistance centre.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING
THE VEHICLE MUST BE ASSEMBLED BY ADULTS.
BEWARE WHEN EXTRACTING THE VEHICLE
FROM THE PACKAGING.
ALL THE NECESSARY SCREWS AND SMALL
COMPONENTS ARE STORED IN A BAG INSIDE
THE PACKAGING.
THE BATTERY MAY ALREADY BE INSTALLED.
ASSEMBLY
1 • Position the hood. To attach it, press where
indicated by the arrow.
2 • Stick sticker number 1 on the left side of the
product as shown in the picture.
• Repeat the procedure on the right side of the
product and stick on sticker number 2.
3 • Stick sticker number 3 onto the back of the
product.
4 • Stick sticker number 6 on the dashboard.
5 • Position the dashboard onto the product.
6 • Secure the dashboard with the 4 screws
supplied, following the instructions in the screw
packet.
7 • Place the item onto its side and unscrew the 2
fixing screws of the front axle.
• Remove the front axle.
8 • Insert the steering shaft right in, as shown in the
picture. The steering shaft must stick out of the
dashboard (see detail A).
9 • Put the front axle back making sure the steering
shaft you have just inserted is included in the
front part of the axle.
• Tighten the front axle's two screws again.
10 • Insert the door handle into the specifically
designed areas of the bodywork. Warning: the
door handles are not symmetrical. To distinguish
between, follow this pattern: DX - right, SX -
left).
11 • Secure the handle as shown in the figure.
12 • Assemble the rear-view mirror combining the
two pieces. Secure them together with the
supplied screw.
• Repeat the procedure with the other rear-view
mirror.
13 • Insert the rear-view mirror as shown in the
figure, pressing on the point shown (A) to make
insertion easier;
14 • To secure the rear-view mirror, use the supplied
screw.
• Lay the product onto the opposite side and
assemble the remaining door handle and rear-
view mirror.
• Put the product back to its original position
(standing on four wheels).
15 • Snap fit the cover of the gear lever making sure
the cover and bottom are correctly aligned.
16 • Snap fit the part shown in the figure onto the
back of the car.
17 • Snap fit the Fiat logo.
18 • Assemble the rear bumper by pressing on the
anchoring points as shown in the figure.
19 • Position the reflective cardboard inside the two
rear lamps.
20 • Assemble the rear lamps by inserting the upper
part (1), rotating the lamp (2) and pressing the
lower part until it locks into place.
21 • Snap fit the remaining Fiat logo on the front of
the product.
22 • Snap fit the insertions on the side of the Fiat
logo.
23 • Insert the part of the front bumper the arrow is
pointing to (1) into the specific hole in the
bodywork. Rotate and press on the opposite side
to fully lock in place (2). Warning: the front
bumper is made of two parts, DX and SX (see
pattern).
24 • Snap fit the front grille.
25 • Position the reflective cardboard inside the two
front lamps. Follow the instructions to insert the
right piece of cardboard into each lamp.
26 • Assemble the front lamps by inserting the upper
part (1), rotating the lamp (2) and pressing the
lower part until it locks into place.
27 • Repeat the procedure for the two smaller lamps.
Position the reflective cardboard pieces inside
them.
28 • Apply the two lamps making sure the DX lamp is
on the right of the vehicle and the SX lamp is on
the left. Note: 'left' and 'right' are the left and
right of a person seated inside the car.
29 • Snap fit the four caps onto the wheels, making
sure the tabs match the holes on the wheel rims.
30 • Insert the two ends of the hood into the holes
on the bodywork (1); Rotate the hood
downwards (2) and press until it snap fits.
31 • Press the button as shown in the figure and lift
