    Assembly 37cc Petrol Chainsaw Assembly Before using your chainsaw, the following assembly is required to be undertaken including assembling the guide bar (18) and chain (19), and fitting the chain drive side cover (22). Assembly / Installation of the Guide Bar and Chain WARNING: The chain has sharp edges.

Once the chain (19) is loosely in position around the guide bar (18), and ensuring the links are located within the bar guide channel (Fig G), locate the chain tensioning pin (29) in the bottom hole in the guide bar (18) by moving the bar inward or outwards.

Make sure that you stop the engine and allow it to cool before refuelling the machine. Select outdoor bare ground for fuelling and move at least 9m (30ft) metres away from the fuelling point before starting the engine.

This product is powered by a 2-stroke engine and requires pre-mixing fuel with 2-stroke oil. 1 litre of petrol and 25 mls of 2-stroke oil OR 5 litres of petrol and 125 mls of 2-stroke oil 1.
