8. RELEASING THE DEMO PLAY LOCK
Releasing Procedure :
1. Press the ?/1 button to turn on the system.
2. Insert the dedicated DEMO disc.
3. Press the FUNCTION button repeatedly unit "DVD" is
selected.
4. During playback of the DEMO disc, press the
buttons simultaneously (around five seconds) until "DEMO
OFF" is displayed on the fluorescent indicator tube.
5. When "DEMO OFF" is displayed, the DEMO disc playback
lock is released.

9. Mirror Time Check

9-1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Mirror Time allows you to make diagnosis and adjustment
simply by using the remote commander and monitor TV. The
instructions, diagnosis results, etc. are given on the on-screen display
(OSD).
Be sure to execute the Mirror time when a BU (Base Unit) is
replaced.
9-2. HOW TO ENTER TEST MODE
Press three buttons
, A and VOLUME + simultaneously with

the DVD player.
The Test Mode starts, then the menu shown below will be displayed
on the TV screen.

The menu above is the Remocon Diagnosis Menu screen which
consists of five main functions. At the bottom of the menu screen,
the model name and IF-con version. To enter Mirror Time
Adjustment menu, press button 2 "R" on the remote commander
to enter Drive Manual Operation menu. To exit from the Test Mode,
press the power button on the remote commander.
9-3. DRIVE MANUAL OPERATION
The Drive Manual Operation menu consists of five main functions.
By pressing 2 "R" button on the remote commander in the Remocon
Diagnosis Menu, the screen will appear as shown.
