2 - INSTALLATION
3 - Mounting the Faucet
(A) Loosen stem-nut on faucet; remove metal "C" disc (if

attached).
(B) Attach large diameter 3/8" drain tube to barb fitting at the

faucet base. This tube should be long enough to reach the
drain clamp in Step 4.

(C) Attach small diameter 1/4" drain tube to other barb fitting

at faucet base. This tube should be long enough to reach
right side of the RO Assembly.

(D) Slide chrome plate and black rubber washer onto faucet

by threading both drain tubes through the holes on the
plate and washer.

(E) Slide lock washer down threaded section and thread
stem nut on. Do NOT tighten nut at this time.
(F) Use a marker to mark one end of the tubing 5/8" from the
end. Put the tubing insert into the tube. Slide the nut over
the tubing. Slide the ferrule over the tubing. Wet the
tubing end. Push the tubing into the bottom of the faucet
stub up to the mark. Slide the ferrule up. Slide the nut up
and screw it to the faucet. Tighten until slight resistance
is felt.
NOTE: DO NOT overtighten the 1/4" compression nut. Snug
down and tighten further only if leaks appear after
putting the system into operation.
(G) Holding the faucet, feed the three tubes through the hole
in the sink. Position the faucet handle at a desired
location.
(I) Centre the faucet and slip "C" disc between the white
extension and the bottom of the counter or sink. Tighten
the stem nut with a wrench until it is tight.
(J) Firmly insert goose-neck spout into faucet base.
