Procedimiento de encendido

Presione el botón ON/OFF (10), el display se iluminará:
La primera cifra indica la modalidad de funcionamiento:
0 XX = Stand-by, sin demanda
C XX = Demanda de calefacción
c XX = Post-circulación calefacción
d XX = Demanda de agua caliente sanitaria
b XX = Calentamiento del acumulador
(con acumulador conectado)
H XX = Post-circulación después del consumo sanitario
F XX = Anticongelante circulador activo
= Anticongelante quemador activo
La segunda y la tercera cifra indican:
- si no hay demanda, la temperatura de impulsión
- en la modalidad de calefacción, la temperatura de impulsión
- en la modalidad sanitaria (instantánea, con acumulador o solar),
la temperatura del agua caliente sanitaria
- en la modalidad anticongelante, la temperatura de impulsión.
Preparación para el funcionamento
Para garantizar la seguridad y el correcto funcionamiento de la
caldera y para que la garantía tenga validez, el primer encendido lo
debe realizar un Servicio de Asistencia Técnica autorizado.
Alimentación eléctrica
- Verifi que que el voltaje y la frecuencia de alimentación eléctrica
coincidan con los datos contenidos en la placa de la caldera.
- verifi que que la conexión respete la polaridad L-N;
- verifi que la efi ciencia de la conexión a tierra.
Llenado de los circuitos hidráulicos.
Proceda del siguiente modo:
- abra las válvulas de seguridad de los radiadores de la instalación;
- afl oje la mariposa de la válvula automática de alivio ubicada en el
circulador;
- abra gradualmente el grifo de llenado (no se suministra con el
aparato sino como accesorio) de la caldera y apenas sale agua,
cierre las válvulas de seguridad del intercambiador principal y de
los radiadores;
- cierre el grifo de llenado de la caldera cuando la presión indicada
en el hidrómetro sea de 1 bar.
Alimentación de Gas
Proceda del siguiente modo:
- verifi que que el tipo de gas suministrado sea el mismo que el
indicado en la placa de la caldera;
- abra las puertas y ventanas;
- evite la presencia de chispas o llamas directas;
- verifi que la hermeticidad de la instalación de combustible con
la llave de paso ubicada en la caldera cerrada y luego abierta y
con la válvula de gas cerrada (desactivada), durante 10 minutos
el contador no debe indicar el paso de gas.

Ignition procedure

Press the ON/OFF (10) button on the control panel to switch on the
boiler. The display shows:
The operating mode will be indicated by the three fi gures marked
out on the diagram above.
The fi rst fi gure indicates the operating mode:
0 XX - Stand-by, the scrolling text show the operation mode
selected "summer" or "winter"
C XX - Central heating request
c XX - Heating post-circulation
b XX - Domestic hot water request (with external storage)
h XX - hot water post-circulation
F XX - circulation pump anti-freeze protection enabled
burner anti-freeze protection enabled
The second and third fi gures indicate:
- the fl ow temperature when no heating requests have been
made
- the fl ow temperature in central heating mode
- the temperature of the hot water in domestic hot water
- the fl ow temperature in anti-freeze mode.

Initial procedures

To guarantee safety and the correct operation of the appliance,
the boiler must be prepared for operation by a qualifi ed technician
who possesses the skills which are required by law.

Electricity supply

- Check that the voltage and frequency of the electricity supply
correspond to the data shown on the boiler data plate;
- Make sure that the earthing connection is effi cient.

Filling the hydraulic circuit.

Proceed in the following manner:
- Open cold water inlet tap;
- Lift the cap on the automatic air relief valve on the circulation
pump;
- Open the water inlet valve gradually and shut off the radiator
relief valves as soon as water starts coming out;
- Close the tap when a pressure of 1-1.5 bar is shown.

Gas supply

Proceed in the following manner:
- make sure that the main gas supply uses the same type of gas as
indicated on the boiler data plate;
- Open all doors and windows;
- Make sure there are no sparks or naked fl ames in the room;
- Make sure that the system does not leak fuel using a cut-off valve
inside the boiler itself which should be closed and then opened
while the gas valve is disabled. The meter must not show any
signs of gas being used for 10 minutes.
