OPERATION NOTE: Although this is not the only pneumatic tool offered by BOSTITCH that operates sequentially, it’s operation is unique from all other BOSTITCH tools. The moveable nose, which acts as the contact trip, is in the “depressed” position at rest to allow visibility of the nail points used for positive placement. -

DO NOT EXCEED THIS RECOMMENDED OPERATING PRESSURE. AIR CONSUMPTION: The MCN150 requires 6.7 cubic feet per minute (190 liters per minute) of free air to operate at the rate of 100 nails per minute, at 80 p.s.i. (5.6 kg/cm ). -

For cold weather operation, near and below freezing, the moisture in the air line may freeze and prevent tool operation. We recommend the use of BOSTITCH winter formula air tool lubricant or permanent antifreeze (ethylene glycol) as a cold weather lubricant. -

2. Engaging Pusher: Pull pusher towards rear of magazine beyond the last nail, then release to engage pusher to strip of nails. BOSTITCH strongly recommends the use of heat treated fasteners when nailing at an angle into metal connectors. -

OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING FOR SAFE OPERATION • Use the BOSTITCH pneumatic tool only for the purpose for which it was designed. • Never use this tool in a manner that could cause a fastener to be directed toward the user or others in the work area. -

“O”-rings. Coat each “O”-ring with “O”-LUBE before assembling. Use a small amount of oil on all moving surfaces and pivots. After reassembly add a few drops of BOSTITCH Air Tool Lubricant through the air line fitting before testing. -

Une lubrification fréquente mais sans excès est nécessaire pour assurer un fonctionnement optimal. Utilisez le lubrifiant pour outil pneumatique BOSTITCH, Mobil Velocite n° 10, ou un équivalent. N’utilisez pas d’huile détergente ni d’additifs. Ces lubrifiants accélèrent l’usure des joints et des butées de l’outil, ce qui a un effet négatif sur les performances et la fréquence d’entretien. -
