Problem
The image is not
displayed on TV screen.
A digital or high-
frequency equipment
produces noises.
The system settings
change automatically.
The HDMI control
function does not work
properly.
The automatic lipsync
is not effective even
"Lip Sync" is set to
"On".
"Not Available" appears
on the front panel
display after key
operation.
Remote control
Problem
The remote control
does not work and/or
function properly.
Cause
HDMI cable or video pin cable is not
securely connected.
The input switch of TV is not set correctly.
The unit may be placed close to digital
equipment or high-frequency equipment.
When "HDMI Ctrl" is set to "On",
operations of the TV (for example,
changing channels, etc.) may change the
system settings, such as the surround mode.
"HDMI Ctrl" is set to "Off".
The HDMI control function is disabled on
your TV.
The number of the connected HDMI
components is over the limit.
The TV does not support the automatic
lipsync.
The key is unable to function in the current
condition.
Cause
Wrong distance or angle.
Direct sunlight or lighting (from an inverter
type of fluorescent lamp, etc.) is striking
the remote control sensor of this unit.
The batteries are weak.
Remedy
Connect them with an HDMI connection or a
digital connection.
Switch the input source for your TV.
Leave these equipments from the unit.
Set "HDMI Ctrl" to "Off" or set the system again
by using its remote control.
Set "HDMI Ctrl" to "On".
Refer to the manual supplied with your TV and
check the setting.
Disconnect some of the HDMI components.
Set "Lip Sync" to "Off" and then manually adjust
the audio output delay.
Remedy
The remote control functions within a maximum
range of 6 m (20 ft) and no more than 30 degrees
off-axis from the front panel.
Reposition this unit.
Replace all batteries.
