    Overview The auto cartridge loader (ACL) tape drives support the LTO Ultrium Gen 3 tape drive. They are designed for backup operations for NonStop servers. The N1528A comes in a rackmount configuration, and the N1529A comes in a tabletop configuration.

    An M8201R Fibre Channel to SCSI router must be used to connect the tape drives to the Fibre Channel ServerNet Adapter (FCSA) on the HP NonStop NS-series server. For more information on the router, refer to the M8201R Fibre Channel to SCSI Router Installation and User’s Guide.
