DEALER LIMITED WARRANTY FOR DEVELOPING UNIT AND DRUM UNIT

Kyocera Mita America, Inc. ("Kyocera") warrants to the Authorized Dealer that the new Developing Unit and
Drum Unit for the FS-C5150DN will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and
service for a period of three (3) years from Kyocera's invoice to the Authorized Dealer, or 100,000
copies/prints, whichever occurs first. Kyocera's obligation hereunder is expressly limited to providing Dealer
with replacement Developing Unit or Drum Unit, as applicable, or crediting Dealer's account for the cost of
said Developing Unit or Drum Unit, at Kyocera's election.
This warranty does not cover developing units and drum units, which: (a) have become damaged due to
operator negligence, misuse, accidents, improper storage or unusual physical or electrical stress, (b) do not
work properly because of failure to following operating, storage and maintenance instructions, (c) have been
used with parts or supplies which are not genuine Kyocera brand parts or supplies, (d) have been installed or
serviced by a technician not employed by Kyocera or an Authorized Kyocera Dealer; (e) have had the serial
number modified, altered, or removed; or (f) Dealer fails to register the installation information for the
MFP/Printer with Kyocera utilizing
KMAconnect.
THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, AND KYOCERA SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT
EXTEND TO, AND KYOCERA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE DEVELOPING UNIT
OR DRUM UNIT.

WARRANTY RETURNS

Technical Services has made the Warranty Return Process more efficient so your Warranty Claim can be
verified and processed in the least amount of time.
To process your Warranty Claim and verify other key information, the Status Page (one page), Service
Status Page (two pages) and a Service Test Page (1 page color test print) must be included with the
returned item. If all of these are not included with a Warranty Claim, credit will be declined. Refer to the
Service Mode, Page 1-3-57, of the Service Manual for instructions on printing these reports.

LABOR REIMBURSEMENT

An Authorized Kyocera Dealer will receive labor reimbursement and parts replacement for warranty repairs
performed by its Kyocera Certified Technician. Labor reimbursement is available for all FS Series Printer
Models for a period of 12 months from installation with first end-user, or 15 months from Kyocera
Mita America's invoice date to the dealer, or the specific number of copies/prints, whichever first
occurs. Labor reimbursement is made in the form of a credit to the Dealer's Kyocera Account Number.

details.
