Setting/Canceling the screen
lock
You can set the screen lock to prevent the
erroneous operation of the touch screen or keys.
• When the display is turned off with "Screen
timeout" (P.266) set, the screen lock
activates automatically after about 5 seconds.

The display turns off and the screen lock is
set.
Canceling the screen lock

During the screen lock, press /
Unlock screen appears.

Tap
• When the Home screen is set to
"TouchWiz home", swipe the screen up,
down, left or right until the screen lock is
unlocked.
