From the Home screen,
"Settings" → "Accounts and sync"

"Add account" → Tap an account you
want to add

Set according to the onscreen
instructions
• For the online services requiring log in
such as Facebook, enter mail address,
password, etc. and tap "Log in"/" ログイン
"(Log in).
Information
• To edit a registered account, delete the
account and register again.
• To change synchronizing items, tap an
account → mark only items to synchronize.
• To synchronize manually, tap an account
to synchronize → "Sync now".
