Casseroled prawns with
glass noodles
Ingredients
4-6 prawns
2 tbsp
5 petals
500 g.
Glass noodle immersed in water
7 slices

Black soy sauce

Light soy sauce

Method
1. Spread vegetable oil on the inner pan, put pepper
and peeled garlic into fragments, and then fill sliced
gingers, big size prawns into the inner pan.
2. Mix glass noodle (immersed in water) with sesame
oil, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, black soy sauce,
sauce, sugar, and water thoroughly in the mixing
bowl. Then, pour them into the inner pan, and close
the outer lid. Press Menu Select key to select Steam
mode, set steaming time to 15 minutes, and then
press Start key. Wait until you hear the beep sounds
indicating that cooking is done. Afterwards, open the
outer lid, fill sliced celery, and mix them thoroughly.
3. Ready to be served.
Note : for 4-5 persons
Butter cake
Ingredients

Instant butter cake flour

Method
1. Whisk butter until it has melted. Fill instant butter
cake flour, egg, and half amount of milk. Then,
whisk them thoroughly with intermediate speed for
approximately 4 minutes.
2. Fill the rest of milk, and whisk ingredients with low
speed for 2 minutes.
3. Spread butter on the inner pan, fill ingredients into it,
and then close the outer lid.
4. Press Menu Select key to select Cake mode. Set
cooking timer to 40 minutes (SR-DE183) 30 minutes
(SR-DE103). Then press Start key. Afterwards,
wait until you hear the beep sounds indicating that
cooking is done.
5. Lift the inner pan off and leave it cool down for
approximately 2 minutes. (The Off key should be
pressed, and the plug must be disconnected before
lifting the inner pan off.)
6. Overturn the inner pan on the grate, leave the cake
cool down. Then, it is ready to be served.

1. Put the mixing bowl on ice, and then fill milk cream
into it.
2. Gradually fill sugar until cream becomes thick, and
then fill vanilla syrup.

Cara-cara
1. Tuang sedikit minyak sayuran ke dalam periuk bahagian
dalam, masukkan lada putih dan bawang putih, kemudian
masukkan hirisan halia dan udang besar.
2. Campurkan suun (yang direndam di dalam air) dengan
minyak bijan, sos tiram, kicap cair, kicap pekat, sos,
gula dan air ke dalam mangkuk dan kacau hingga rata.
Kemudian, tuangkannya ke dalam periuk bahagian dalam
dan tutup penutup luar. Tekan kekunci "Menu Select"
(Pilih Menu) untuk memilih mod "Steam" (Kukus),
setkan masa mengukus kepada 15 minit, kemudian
"Start"
tekan kekunci "Start" (Mula). Tunggu sehingga anda
mendengar bunyi bip yang menandakan nasi sudah
masak. Selepas beberapa ketika, buka penutup luar,
masukkan hirisan seleri dan kacau hingga rata.
3. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.

Cara-cara
1. Pukul mentega sehingga cair. Masukkan tepung kek
mentega segera, telur dan setengah bahagian susu.
Kemudian, pukul lagi dengan kelajuan sederhana selama
lebih kurang 4 minit hingga sebati.
2. Masukkan kesemua baki susu dan pukul bahan-bahan
dengan kelajuan rendah selama 2 minit.
3. Sapukan mentega pada periuk bahagian dalam, tuang
bahan-bahan tadi ke dalamnya dan kemudian tutup
penutup luar.
4. Tekan kekunci "Menu Select" (Pilih Menu) untuk memilih

mod "Cake" (Kek). Setkan pemasa memasak kepada 40
minit (SR-DE183) 30 minit (SR-DE103). Kemudian tekan
"Start"
kekunci "Start" (Mula). Selepas itu, tunggu sehingga anda
mendengar bunyi bip yang menandakan kek anda sudah
masak.

5. Angkat dan keluarkan periuk bahagian dalam dan biarkan
ia menyejuk selama lebi kurang 2 minit. (Kekunci "Off"
(Mati) hendaklah ditekan, dan palam mesti dicabut
sebelum mengangkat keluar periuk bahagian dalam.)
6. Terbalikkan periuk bahagian dalam di atas jaring besi,
biarkan kek menyejuk. Kemudian, ia sedia untuk dihidang.

krim susu ke dalamnya.
