To skip a waypoint during a multi-stop trip, complete the following:

Tap the button.
The Route menu will display. (See "How do I use the Route Menu?" for more details.)

Tap Drop next via point
The next waypoint will be skipped and the route recalculated to the following waypoint.
Then ...
tap Add a destination.
Your route is calculated; the map screen will display.
tap Add a via point.
Destination will be added to your route as the next stop; the map screen will
display.
tap Set as start
Location will be set as your starting location instead of your GPS location.
