Currently this is the only port in the unit activated for TransACT broadband service.
- Page 3 Modem Setup Connect the power cable from the wall socket to the power port in the modem. Once connected press the on/off button on the side panel to power on the modem. Connect the grey DSL cable, one end into the left port of the wall socket in the lounge and the other end connected to the marked DSL socket on the modem.
- Page 4 Connecting your new modem to your account Once your modem is plugged in and turned on, you’ll need to activate your data usage by calling your Internet Service Provider (ISP). If you’re a Grapevine customer, call 13 35 00 and select option 1. Your billing will begin automatically the day after the modem arrives.
