3-6-2 Adjusting the Screen Voltage
1. Select "Power Off →Mute → 1 → 8 → 2 → Power On" to enter Service Mode.
2. Initialize all settings to the values appropriate to the corresponding model.
3. Display the Toshiba pattern.
4. Measure the Pedestal Levels of RK, BK, and GKO using an oscilloscope.
5. Adjust the Screen VR of FBT so that the highest point of the Pedestal Level is 180V
