Troubleshooting

The following table provides solutions for problems and glitches that may arise as you
use your TASSIMO machine If you do not find a solution for your specific problem or the
problem persists after troubleshooting, please contact TASSIMO.Customer.Service.at.

Problem
Appliance not working;
no symbols light up

Solution
Check that the appliance is prop-
erly plugged into the power supply
Make sure that the water tank is
positioned correctly
Start a cleaning cycle with the
Service T DISC
Clean the water tank and ensure
the float can move
Fill the water tank after the drink
has finished dispensing and press
the Start / Stop button to finish the
drink
Descale the appliance (for details
see "Descaling")
Descale the appliance (for details
see "Descaling")
Check if T DISC has been
inserted
Clean the T DISC barcode reading
window and try again or smooth
out the barcode on the T DISC
with your thumb
Use another T DISC
If problems persist, contact the
TASSIMO Customer Service
Clean the brewing system thor-
oughly, especially in the area of
the clamp
