The cutting angle may be adjusted from 0' to 45" right or
lett. DISCONNECT TOOL FROM POWER SUPPLY wHILE
A S S E M B L N G P A R T S O R M A K I N G A D J U S T M E N T S .
Loosen base pivot screw, (see ,El. Z) depress actuator and
adjust base until index point is in line with the desired angle
on the scale. Then release actuator and retighten screw.
For your convenience preset slots are provided for angles
of 0", 15", 30" and 45'. The acluator must be positioned
between these slots il any other angle is desired. Use of a
protractor is recommended when accurate cuts are re-

place with the cutting edge oi the blade facing either the
lront or rear of the tool when maktng angle cuts.
