if the picture is normal
Please reinsert and make sure
the AC of 100-240 is normal
Measure C423(+)=1.8V,
U404 Vout=3.3V
X401 oscillate waveforms are
normal
No power

OK
OK
OK
Replace U401
NG
Reinsert or check the
power section
Check U404, CN404
NG

Replace X401
