Troubleshooting
Problem
The client
connected to the
device cannot
access the
Internet.
The client cannot
access the
Internet in Internet
Wi-Fi mode.
Recommended Action
• Ensure that your (U)SIM card is
available.
• Change the location and find a
place with good signal.
• Check the settings of the WAN
connection mode.
• Contact your service provider and
confirm your APN settings.
• Ensure that the WLAN device has
already been connected to the
Internet.
• Ensure that your device and the
WLAN device are in different
subnets.
