Messages that are not saved or deleted remain in your mailbox as new messages.
All messages are automatically deleted after 21 days.

Recovering Deleted Messages

To retrieve deleted messages, press * 3. This option only applies to the
current Voice Mail session. If you end the call, the messages will be
permanently deleted.

Changing Your Password

To change your current password:
From the main Voice Mail menu, press 4 to access Personal Options.

Press 4 to access Personal Preferences.

Press 1 to modify password.

Enter your new password. This password must be all numbers. It must
be 4- to 7-digits long.
Press ** to return to the main menu.

NOTE: If you forget your password, contact Boost Customer Care.

Recording Your Name

When you send, reply to, or copy a message, your name response precedes the
message. To record or re-record your name at any time:
From the main Voice Mail menu, press 4 to access Personal Options.

Press 4 to access Personal Preferences.

Press 3 to access the Record Your Name option.

Logging into your Boost Mobile Voice Mail
After exiting the Voice Mail session, you
cannot recover deleted messages.
For security purposes, it is recommended that
you do not choose sequential or repeated digits
like 1-2-3-4 or 5-5-5-5 for your password.
