Using the Projector Help Displays

You can display information to help you solve common problems using the projector's Help system.
1. Turn on the projector.
2. Press the Help button on the projector or the remote control. Press the Help button on the remote
control.
You see the Help menu.

Solving Problems
Filter light Status and solution
Off The lamp is past its replacement period and
needs to be replaced to avoid damage. Do
not continue using the projector.
Off A fan or sensor has a problem. Turn the
projector off, unplug it, and contact Epson
for help.
Off Internal projector error or air exhaust vent
error. Turn the projector off, unplug it, and
contact Epson for help.
Flashing The air flow sensor has a problem. Turn the
red projector off, unplug it, and contact Epson
for help.
