Under All, touch One-hand UI > One-hand layout. Enable One-hand layout. You can then swipe the virtual navigation bar to either side to change the screen layout, bringing everything within reach.

We did away with the application list to give you a more convenient and direct path to your applications. Status bar: displays notifications and icons.
