DETERGENT PUMP AND ONE-WAY VALVE DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY

Disassembly
1. Drive the machine to the appointed disposal area, and empty the recovery water tank (58) with the hose (22).
2. Empty the washing water tank (59) with the tap (36).
3. Drive the machine on a level fl oor.
4. Turn the ignition key (12) to "0".
5. Carefully lift the tank assembly (60).
6. Disconnect the battery connector (63).
7. Unscrew the fi tting (A) from the detergent tank (B).
8. Disconnect the hoses (C) and (D) from the detergent pump (E).
9. Remove the mounting screws (E) from the detergent pump (F).
10. Disconnect the connectors (G) from the detergent pump (E).
11. Remove the detergent pump (E).
12. If necessary, cut the clamps (H) and disconnect the one-way valve (I) from the relevant hoses.
Assembly
13. Assemble the components in the reverse order of disassembly, and note the following:
• Install the one-way valve (I) with the arrow (J) turned in the direction of the detergent fl ow.
