3. Disassembly and Reassembly

3.3.25. Motor

1. First, remove all covers and scanner.
2. See the bottom of the machine. Remove 4 screws. And
remove PLATE-BOTTOM (2 EA).
3. Remove the Duplex unit while pushing green buttons.
4. Remove 1 screw. Remove the GROUND-SAW. And
unplug the motor connector.

5. Remove the following parts from the left frame.
• Remove the Joint PBA after removing 1 screw.
• Remove the HOLDER FAN and FAN after
removing 1 screw.
• Remove GEAR-RDCN EXIT, GEAR-IDLE EXIT,
GEAR-EXT.
• Remove Clutches and GEAR-FEED after removing
washers securing them.
6. Removing 10 screws.
7. Release the FRAME MAIN-LEFT.
