WARRANTY
Suzuki Motor Corporation war-
rants to the ultimate purchaser
and each subsequent purchaser
that this vehicle is designed, built,
. and equipped so as to conform at
the time of sale with all U.S. emis-
sion standards applicable at the
time of manufacture, and that it is
free from defects in ma.terials and
workmanship which would cause
it not to meet these standards
within its useful life. Useful life is
defined for each class of motorcy-
cle as 5 years or the correspond-
ing number of kilometers (miles)
shown in the chart below, which-
ever occurs first.

TAMPERING WITH NOISE
CONTROL SYSTEM
PROHIBITED
Federal
law prohibits the following
acts or the causing thereof; (1)
the removal or rendering inopera-
tive by any person other than for
purposes of maintenance, repair,
or replacement, of any device or
element of design incorporated
into any new vehicle for the pur-
pose of noise control prior to its
sale or delivery to the ultimate
purchaser or while it is in use, or
(2) the use of the vehicle after
such device or element of design
has been removed or rendered
inoperative by any person.
