Section 3 - Configuration
The Network Access window allows you to configure the access rights for specific folders or volumes for users or
groups that have been set up on the DNS-313. By default, all volumes are open to anyone on the local network with
read/write access. Before specific user or group rules can be created, the default rules must be deleted.
Category
Determines whether the access rule will apply to
a group or individual user.
User / Group
Select the user or group for the access rule or
you can select All Accounts.
Click the Browse button to open and select the
Folder
folder or directory you want to control access to.
Set the user or group permission to Read Only
Permission
or to R/W: Read/Write.
Comment
Enter a comment or description of the rule for
reference.
Network Access
This section lists all the defined access rules.

To modify an access rule, click the
