Using the Phone Soft Keys

Some display telephones have unmarked buttons associated with the display, these buttons are called soft
keys. The action each soft key performs is listed in the display by the button and changes based on what the
phone is doing at the current moment.
If your telephone has soft keys, and they are enabled, you can use the soft keys to move through the
messaging system. A menu of options appears on the display. Press the soft key associated with the option
to complete the associated task.

The following tables provide a summary of the soft key menus and the actions associated with each option.

Some of the soft key menus might not be available.
For more information about the messaging system configuration in your
organization and which features are available, contact your system
manager.
