1. Insert the small end of the USB cable into the charger/accessory jack on the bottom of your phone.
2. Insert the large end of the USB cable into an external USB port on your computer.
3. After charging, disconnect the USB cable from both the phone and the computer.

Turn Your Phone On

You will feel or hear the phone vibrate when it has been turned on. The first time you turn on your
phone, it will search for mobile service, and begin the setup application.
Turn Your Phone Off
1. Press and hold the Power/Lock Button (
Note: When the screen is locked and you press the Power/Lock Button it will only turn off the
screen and not the phone. You will need to unlock the screen first before you press and hold the
Power/Lock Button to turn the phone off. See Lock and Unlock Your Screen for details.
2. Tap Power off to turn the phone off.
