the circuit breaker.

Turn the control
knob
counterclockwise
to "0" and check if
the safety cut-out
button has
"popped-out". If
the button has
"popped-out",
refer to "Safety
cut-out feature".
Check the service
panel for a tripped
circuit breaker
and reset.
If power cannot
be restored,
contact Technical
Service.
The oil is old or
rancid.
The oil is not
recommended for
frying.
The oil was not hot
enough.
The basket was
overloaded.
Replace the oil
with new oil.
Use oil or fat
specifically
labelled as being
suitable for deep
frying.
Increase the frying
temperature.
Do not overload
the basket. Leave
enough space in
the basket so food
can separate
when immersed in
the oil.
